From May 5th to May 7th of 2009, project manager Ying Yu from Denmark branch office of Glycobio and Dr.Heng Yin from Glycobio R&D Center attended the 2009 Vitafoods International Biological Food exhibition held in Geneva, Switzerland. The exhibition is organized by the British IIR EXHIBITIONS Exhibition. Vitafoods Europe is the most focussed event in the world devoted to nutraceuticals, functional food and drink ingredients, raw materials and nutricosmetics.
During the exhibition, Glycobio showed its main products chitosan oligosaccharides, PQQ, fructooligosaccharides and several other products to the world. What worth mentioning was Glycobio’s new product --Sodium alginate oligosaccharide was put into the new product introductions column of this exhibition and was highlighted. Thanks to all the means that Glycobio used including posters, pamphlets, detailed company and product information, nearly a hundred attended, agents, distributors, producers and technical staff from France, the United States, Switzerland, Czech Republic, India and other countries visited our booth. All of them showed great interests on chitosan oligosaccharides, sodium alginate oligosaccharides and other products from Glycobio.
Meanwhile, we exchanged ideas with foreign peer companies in producing functional food additives and gained a better understanding about the direction and dynamic of the development of biological food, the growing foreign bio-food industry especially in the field of functional food additives.
