Chinese Resource, Biotechnology and Glycobiotechnology Academic Seminar Held in Jinan

The Chinese resource, biotechnology and glycobiotechnology academic seminar, sponsored by Committee on general microbiology of Chinese Society for Microbiology (CSM) was held in Jinan, capital of Shandong Province, during July 7- 10, 2005. ZHANG Xian’en, Director-General of Department of Basic Research of the Ministry of Chinese Science and Technology and Director Ma of China National Center for Biotechnology Development along with others from the same domestic research field ,more than 120 people, attended the meeting. Board chairman Du Yuguang was invited to the seminar and made a speech. Professor Du discussed with the domestic academic pioneer of glycobiology and glycobiotechnologyon the development of glycobiotechnology study and industry.
Many useful suggestions were given on the purpose and development of the company, and several cooperation intention were formed on the products development and personnel training.
